Warranty Terms and Conditions for ROTTIE WORKWEAR

1. Warranty Coverage:

  • ROTTIE WORKWEAR (hereafter referred to as "the Company") warrants that its work boots and workwear (collectively referred to as "products") are free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of three (3) months from the date of purchase.

2. Exclusions from Warranty:

  • The warranty does not cover damage caused by: a. Zips if they or the boots are dirty with products like  concrete, or plaster etc. b. Forcing zippers due to lacing the boots too closely together. C. Improper use. D. excessive wear and tear

3. Warranty Claim Procedure:

  • To make a warranty claim, the customer must provide proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) and contact the Company's customer service within the warranty period on sales@rottieworkwear.com.au

4. Warranty Resolution:

  • If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, the Company will, at its discretion, refund, repair or replace the defective product. If the same product is not available, a comparable replacement will be provided.

5. Limitations of Warranty:

  • The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, alterations, or damage resulting from accidents, improper fitment, neglect, or improper care. Types of misuse can include, but not limited to heat, exposure to chemicals, water, force, cuts etc…  It is at the Company's sole discretion to determine the validity of a warranty claim. The product may be considered not suitable for purpose, and the Warranty may not apply, where the product was incorrectly fitted or subject to excessive wear and tear.

6. Product Lifespan:

  • While the warranty covers manufacturing defects for three (3) months, it is acknowledged that work boots realistically have a lifespan of approximately three (3) to six (6) months under regular use. Therefore, it is recommended that users replace their work boots after this period to ensure continued comfort and safety.

7. Customer Responsibilities:

  • Customers are responsible for: a. Regularly cleaning and maintaining their work boots. b. Ensuring proper care to prevent damage to zippers. c. Replacing work boots after the recommended time of use.

8. Compliance with Australian Law:

  • This warranty is provided in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall limit or exclude the customer's rights under the law.

9. Disclaimer:

  • The Company shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising out of the use or inability to use the product.

10. Governing Law:

  • These warranty terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia.
